About the project

Coda Exchange is where compositions and masters — released or never released — are sold to buyers whose ownership and intent are verified before a dollar moves. The studio took it from a one-line thesis to a working two-sided marketplace.

A guided sequence replaces legal paperwork: sellers answer questions about rights scope, extent, transfer type and any strings attached, and the platform writes the term sheet. PRO membership, distributor records and ISRC registration are checked before a deal can progress.

We designed the whole economic model around alignment — the marketplace doesn't earn until the seller does.
